As far as the other comments, posting in forums may be intimidating at times, and some big-headed people do like to steal the spotlight every time someone comments on anything.  Ignore them!  Go ahead and give your own ideas and insight:)  They put their pants on the same way we all do.</description>

I can think of a few (that shall remain nameless) where outsiders have a tough time even attempting to become active, because the real players at the Forum are already established, and refuse to share the spotlight with others.
