PJ and I would like to publicly thank and extend our sincere appreciation for the gift we received from Eli @ Business Sphere and his wife Ma Elena @ One World Realty. As a Christmas gift, Eli and Ma Elena purchased a 31 day Adgitize ad block for our fledgling business, Tranquil Desires. As PJ recently remarked to me, it’s amazing that we have been able to develop some very close relationships online. And for that, we are eternally grateful.

Thank you so very much.

Once you gotten your articles together, got them submitted and published, your work doesn’t end there. By this point, you should have targeted some keywords from your research and you should see your articles showing up somewhere in the search engines, but since you’re going to want get more traffic to your articles, you’re going to need your articles to be listing higher in the search engine listing.

The best way to do this is to do it just like you would for any other webpage: Links that point back to your articles. Because you really don’t want to spend an inordinate amount of time doing this, the quickest and easiest way to do this is by the means of social bookmarking.

Did you know that there are certain things that you may want to take into consideration before taking your business mobile?

Wireless technology has brought a new and exciting trend in business computing and is revolutionizing the ways that people utilize computers to do business and stay connected with each other.

But the simple fact is most people don’t realize that there are important factors that need to be considered before taking your business mobile…..

Did you know that there are risks and legalities associated when using mobile devices for your business and that is up to you to ensure that you and your employees use these devices wisely, so that your business can grow without limitations and legal ramifications.

Now that you’ve decided on what keywords you’re going to focus on, you’ll need to add those keywords to your articles. You’ll want to be careful when doing this because the search engines have gotten hip to people stuffing keywords into their articles. Stuffing keywords into articles is considered spamming and you’ll get delisted in a hurry should you go this route.

What you want to do is insert your keywords in a way that does not appear unnatural. In other words, you want your keywords to flow smoothly throughout your article. Also, you want keep your keyword density in the 1% – 3% range. Put simply, one “short” keyword (2-3 words) and two “long” keywords (4+ words).

With this done, you should see your articles start showing up for the keywords you’ve targeted. Now all you have left to consider is the other aspects of article marketing.

Picking up from my last post, researching keywords isn’t really that difficult and while there are many keyword research tools out there, Google’s Adwords Keyword Tool is the tool of choice when it comes to researching keywords. Makes sense, doesn’t it? Google is the most popular of all the search engines out there.

Now, there are 3 things you must keep in mind when conducting your keyword research because they play a very important role in determining what keywords you’re going to target. Those are:

# of Searches

If you’ve already figured out that this simply refers to the amount of searches for a given keyword, you’d be absolutely correct. Simply put, if a keyword or keyword phrase shows a high number of searches, it shows you that people are showing a high level of interest in that particular keyword or keyword phrases. If that’s the case, then that keyword or keyword phrase might be one that you’d be interested in.

Continuing from my previous post, I’ll now go into a bit of greater detail on the first of the 5 elements that make up a successful article campaign. Keep in mind I’m no expert and am sharing what I learn with you as I go.

Let’s get right to it then, shall we?

Basically, keywords are simply words or phrases people use when searching for any particular subject online. The phrase “keyword density” refers to the amount of a certain keyword or phrase per 100 words. Essentially, the more keywords or phrases, the higher the density and vice versa. Google and the other major search engines use a mathamatical algorithm or equation to determine your search engine rank in relationship to the keyword density of your article. Now, each search engine has their own algorithm but each of them use their particular equation to determine the search engine rank of a blog or website and that’s why you might rank higher in one search engine and lower in another.

As a whole, the Web has been the moving force in challenging boundaries, as well as helping to make long tasks simple. Electronic mail (email) is one such application that has enable people to communicate worldwide.

The definition of email marketing is the use of email in sending newsletters, offers and other content instead of more traditional methods (phone or direct mailings). Because of spam, online merchants have gone to great efforts to ensure any electronic communications do not come accross as such.

Given these troublesome aspects, how is it that email marketing has become such a valuable tool for marketing a product or service? Well, the first and foremost attraction of email marketing is in its low cost. This method of marketing allows for a business to start a marketing campaign without the traditionally high costs of printing and distribution, in addition to the marginal costs of follow up. Similiarly, there’s little extra cost in a strategy to increase the number of new customers. Another cost effective aspect of email marketing is consumer behavior. Statistically, people spend more time online either reading, sending or managing email

Email marketing can be an extremely effective method to get your messages to your readers. In general, this method is relatively inexpensive to implement and is a great way to increase your credibility. And, as compared to direct (traditional) mail, email marketing is definitely a great bargain with an average cost per message of a few cents with a response rate range of 5-35%, depending on the industry and format. One of the biggest advantages to using email marketing is the ability to find out about the needs and wants of your readers. Most opt in software give you the ability to tailor your opt in box to fit your need. With this ability, you can then use that information to target your posts and your newsletter to accommodate your readers.

The advantages to this type of marketing:

While creating a blog is a relatively simple thing to do, maintaining a successful blog is much more difficult. This is due to the fact that there are many different factors that go into the success of a blog. The subject matter of a blog, its’ popularity and even the layout of a blog can be factor in the success of a blog. How a blog is promoted and its’ ability to reach a large audience also has a profound impact on a blogs’ success. And while there’s no simple formula one can follow, there are some basic tips you can follow which can help ensure you can enjoy success with your blog.

Make Post Entries on a Regular Basis

The single most important thing for any blog or website is traffic and while there are many tools available to help drive traffic, the writing and submission of articles remains the most powerful way to increase traffic to any blog or site. My post today examines 5 reasons why this technique is so powerful.

Become an Expert in your Niche

Creating well written and informative articles can establish you as an expert in your niche. You will build trust and confidence with your readers which will make them more receptive to any sales offer you may have.

Affordability

Article submission is one of the most affordable means of generating traffic. You can write them yourself or you can hire a ghostwriter relatively inexpensively. You can then submit these articles to many directories manually or you can use one of the many tools that practically automates this process. Either way, this will increase the amount of links that point back to your blog, which will increase your page rank, your search engine rank and your Alexa rank..

Because producing content on a regular basis is a requirement of blogging, the need for you (and me too, for that matter) to spend time creating blog posts is essential. (Yes, I know I’ve not been good in that regard lately….just saying)

PLR (Private Label Rights) are a great way to jumpstart this process. Today, I’ll outline some ways you can use PLR content to facilitate this process.

First, some background. Essentially, private label rights allow you to make another author’s work your own. You can make simple changes to make the document unique or you can go so far as to completely rewrite the ebook or article and in either case, put your name as the author.

One way you can use PLR articles/ebooks to your advantage is to break them up into smaller chunks and rewrite that content to make it unique. You can use these as blog posts. This technique can make posting to your blog quick and easy.
